Cleaning Services

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the cleaning services (“Services”) provided by White Dove Windows LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) at the property specified in the service order. By hiring our services or scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
We will provide cleaning services as detailed in the Service Order. This includes a range but not limited to cleaning exterior and interior windows, sills, and frames. The ground by pressure washing or the roof with Solar Panel Cleaning. The scope of work and pricing will be agreed upon prior to starting the clean. Any additional work or services requested by the Customer beyond the scope will be subject to additional charges.
3. Service Pricing and Payment
a. Pricing: All pricing is based on the size and condition of the windows, square footage, height of property, and any other specific details related to the job. A estimate may be provided prior to service.
b. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit card, check, Zelle, cash.
c. Late Payments: If payment is not received within 14 days after the service, a late fee of 40% may be applied. Continued non-payment may result in legal action or referral to a collections agency.
4. Customer Responsibilities
a. Access to Property: The Customer must provide clear and safe access to all windows and areas to be cleaned. Any obstructions, including furniture, drapes, blinds, or other items, should be moved prior to our arrival. Non-removal will result in additional fees or refusal to clean that specific area.
b. Safety: It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the property is safe for cleaning activities. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions are present (e.g., unstable ladders, dangerous wildlife, furniture layout, or hazardous weather conditions).
c. Children and Pets: The Customer agrees to ensure that children and pets are kept away from the work area to avoid injury or interference with the work.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
a. Appointment Confirmation: The Company will confirm the scheduled service date with the Customer. If the Customer needs to reschedule or cancel, at least 48 hours of notice is required.
b. Late Cancellations: If the Customer cancels or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost will apply.
c. Weather Delays: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, including but not limited to heavy rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures. We will notify the Customer if rescheduling is necessary.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
a. Windows in Poor Condition: The Company is not responsible for damage to windows or frames that are in poor condition, including but not limited to cracked, broken, or severely damaged glass. This also includes any windows over 15 years old.
b. Stubborn Stains: While we will do our best to remove stains, we cannot guarantee the removal of certain stains, such as hard water spots, paint, or mineral deposits that have become embedded in the glass over time.
c. Third-Party Repairs: If any window or frame requires repair, the Customer is responsible for arranging the necessary repairs, and we will not be liable for any damage during the cleaning process.
d. Obstructions: The Company is not responsible for cleaning windows obstructed by external elements (e.g., trees, plants, decorations, power lines, or structures).
e. Scratches and Damage: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they take on all risks associated with potential damage to the windows, glass, frames, or other property. The Company is not liable for any scratches, chips, cracks, breaks, or other damage to windows or surfaces, including damage that may occur during the cleaning process. This includes but is not limited to pre-existing imperfections or conditions that may be revealed during cleaning. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any such damage, and no compensation or liability shall be claimed from the Company.
7. Liability and Insurance
a. Liability Limitations: Our liability for any claim related to services provided under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.
b. Insurance: The Company maintains liability insurance coverage for damages resulting from our work. However, the Customer is responsible for any damages that occur as a result of their own actions or negligence. Including failing to notify White Dove Windows about any potential issues or weak/sensitive areas around the property.
c. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or injuries that may arise from the Customer’s failure to meet their responsibilities under this Agreement.
8. Complaints and Disputes
If the Customer is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify the Company within 24 hours to allow for rectification. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include a re-clean or partial refund. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be handled through binding arbitration or small claims court as per the laws of Arizona.
9. Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to terminate service at any time if the Customer violates these Terms and Conditions, fails to provide payment, or creates an unsafe environment for the service team. If service is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, the Customer will still be responsible for payment for any completed work.
10. Force Majeure
The Company will not be held responsible for any delays or failures to perform caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, traffic delays, job delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes that arise from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, and the state of Arizona.
12. Miscellaneous
a. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
b. Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
c. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer prior to service.
Customer Acknowledgment and Agreement
By messaging, calling, scheduling, confirming, or accepting the window cleaning services of White Dove Windows LLC, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is deemed to occur solely upon the booking or commencement of services and is binding upon use of the services.
This version specifies that the customer’s use of your services (scheduling, confirming, or having the service performed) constitutes their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, without the need for a physical signature. This is a common practice in service-based industries and helps streamline the customer onboarding process.
